Secretlab Titan Evo Dupes on Amazon
The Titan Evo's clean, blocky high back for a fraction of the price: Amazon look-alikes ranked by how close they get, each with what it gives up.
The original
Secretlab Titan Evo
The gaming chair that made the clean, blocky high back the look everyone copies.
around $670
Dupes from $218 · save up to 67%
The chair behind a great many streamers' desks, and the one that moved gaming chairs away from the race-car look: a tall, blocky back with no wings, a wide, flat seat, and the adjustment of an office chair (lumbar support that dials in and out, a magnetic head pillow, armrests that move four ways). Three sizes fit a teenager as well as a tall adult.
It's built to last: a steel frame, cold-cure foam that keeps its shape, and a hybrid leatherette made without the foam layer that makes cheap leather peel, with peeling covered by Secretlab's warranty. Its SoftWeave fabric version sidesteps the question.

Which one is yours?
Questions
Is a gaming chair just a desk chair?
Mostly. The Titan Evo and its look-alikes are high-backed desk chairs with built-in lumbar support, a head pillow and a deep recline: as good for homework or a work day as for games.
Which look-alike is closest to the Titan Evo?
The Anda Seat Novis has the nearest shape. The Razer Iskur V2 X has the longest buyer record.
Which one will last the longest?
The Corsair TC500 Luxe and the Anda Seat Novis in linen: steel frames, foam that keeps its shape, and fabric with nothing to peel. The Razer Iskur V2 X has the longest record, but some owners report creaks within months. The VENTUVIBE is too new to judge.
For a chair that gets daily use, fabric is the safer bet whichever you choose.
Leather or fabric: which lasts longer?
Fabric, as a rule. Most gaming-chair leather is a plastic coating over cloth. PU (polyurethane) feels softer and breathes a little, but heat, sweat and time break the coating down, and that's what flakes. PVC is tougher and wipes clean, but it sits hotter and feels more like plastic.
The Titan's hybrid leatherette adds a resin top layer to hold up better. The Razer Iskur V2 X, VENTUVIBE and Corsair TC500 Luxe are all fabric, and the Anda Seat Novis comes in linen as well as leather.
